Award-winning hospital creates award-winning ads For Immediate Release Hammond/Dyer, Ind. Saint Margaret Mercy Healthcare Centers swept up six awards in the 19th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards, and earned an Award of Distinction in The Communicator Awards 2002 Print Media Competition. The Annual Healthcare Awards that Saint Margaret Mercy earned are: Gold-Newspaper Advertising Insert-Omni 41 Open House; Bronze-Total Public Relations Program-Breast Cancer Education; Bronze-Other-An Award-Winning Hospital (flyer)/A Closer Look at an Award-Winning Hospital (booklet); Merit-Newsletter-Healthy Living; Merit-Poster-Brain and Spine Institute. Moran Design, in Hammond, did the artwork for most of the hospital's award-winning projects listed above. Health Ink & Vitality does the artwork for Healthy Living, Saint Margaret Mercy's community newsletter. The Award of Distinction went to Saint Margaret Mercy's Five-Star Ad Campaign, designed by Morse & Company. The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition that recognizes outstanding work in the communications field. Entries are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. The Award of Distinction is one of three award levels-the Crystal Award of Excellence, Award of Distinction, and Honorable Mention. |
