Saint Margaret Mercy welcomes new physicians to its medical staff

HAMMOND/DYER-Petronella A. Adomako, MD, board certified in Internal Medicine, has joined Saint Margaret Mercy’s department of Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease. Dr. Adomako began her medical education at University of Ghana Medical School. She served her internship and earned a fellowship in Internal Medicine from Good Samaritan Hospital, Baltimore, Md. Her office is in Munster.

Asrar A. Sheikh, MD, has joined Saint Margaret Mercy’s department of Internal Medicine. He began his medical education at The Rawalpindi Medical College. He served his internship at Danbury Hospital, Danbury, Ct., and completed his residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Boston, Mass. Dr. Sheikh’s office is in Munster.

Ted G. Thachenkary, MD, has joined Saint Margaret Mercy’s department of Internal Medicine. He began his medical education at Ross University School of Medicine, Edison, N.J. He interned and resided at John H. Stroger of Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Ill. Dr. Thachenkary’s office is in Munster.

Neil D. Ybañez, MD, board certified in Internal Medicine, has joined Saint Margaret Mercy’s department of Internal Medicine. Dr. Ybañez began his medical education at College of Medicine, University of the Philippines, Manila. He interned and resided at Michael Reese Hospital, Chicago, Ill. His office is in East Chicago.
