If you require physical rehabilitation, Saint Margaret Mercy Rehabilitation Services offers state-of-the-art technology and a multidisciplinary professional staff to carry out your treatment plan. Our 19,000 square-foot area, conveniently located in Omni 41 Health & Fitness Connection, offers a wide range of rehabilitative equipment and a knowledgeable staff ready to meet your rehabilitation needs. Design features include personal and professional interaction with our therapists. Individual schedules and treatment rooms provide privacy and specialized attention. Adults with musculoskeletal injuries, muscular imbalance or a neurologic insult can improve their functions with our program. In, addition, the staff is knowledgeable about muscular imbalance, neck and back pain, TMJ dysfunction, shoulder dysfunction, incontinence, lymphedema, orthotic fabrication, as well as, post-surgical recovery and sports-related injuries. All therapies are conducted under the direction of the patient’s physician.

Our services:

• Complete physical therapy services for adults experiencing acute and /or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. The staff uses an aggressive, yet compassionate approach to each treatment plan.
• Occupational therapy services are available to assist the individual in functioning as independently as possible in such daily living activities as self-care, leisure pursuits, work and other productive activities. Occupational therapy is also instrumental in the restoration of fine motor skills of the upper extremities following injury or surgery.
• Speech therapy is available and paramount in situations where communication and eating have become a problem or area of frustration.
• The Return to Work Center helps injured workers recover and return to the job safely and swiftly. Work conditioning/hardening rebuilds an employee’s confidence, physical strength and endurance through simulated job activities, physical conditioning and an educational component.  For job simulation, a client can use such sophisticated equipment as the BTE job simulator or vibrating truck seat. Resistive exercise and cardiovascular exercise equipment help the client regain strength and endurance.
• The facility features an AquaCiser (an underwater treadmill) and a therapy pool (94 degrees) in which the depth and current can be adjusted. Both provide early mobility to painful joints and weak muscle groups.
• Lymphedema Services treating both primary and secondary cases of lymphedema through a treatment called Complete Decongestive Therapy, a non-invasive technique that combines manual lymph drainage, compression bandaging and patient education. Patients are treated by a therapist certified in manual lymph drainage and complete decongestive therapy.
• We specialize in the treatment of stress and urge incontinence in men and women. Our objective is to provide the highest quality of care, in a friendly environment, with both a personal and professional touch.We have therapist certified in the treatment of the spine (McKenzie), lymphedema, and incontinence.
• Evening hours three days per week.
• We offer a 30 day free trail at Omni 41 Health & Fitness Connection following the successful completion of a therapy program.
